Internet filters, and Parental Control

Internet filters/ parental control is basically a gateway to allow a person to get to a certain website. If a child is using the internet, and the parents want to either know what websites they're visiting, or prevent them from viewing websites, parents use this. This is a safe easy way to completely secure your computer from getting any viruses. 
This type of software is also used in many schools and can be the best alternative to prevent students from going to certain website when they're suppose to do work. As a matter a fact, according to Wikipedia( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_filter) " In Cuba, if a computer user at a government controlled Internet cafe types certain words, the word processor or browser is automatically closed, and a "state security" warning is given" this is very interesting because i believe our own government is the same way. Any key word that may seem as threat is being viewed.
